LAPWORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL HOLIDAY CLUB

Our holiday activity club at Lapworth Primary school caters for 4 – 13 year olds and features a range of fun, game based multi-sport activities in a safe indoor and outdoor environment.

Whether you need fun activities to entertain your child during the holidays, or you need to know qualified coaches are looking after them whilst you work the holiday club is an ideal solution.

The children will be active whilst taking part in fun games and activities that are inclusive for all abilities and encourage friendships to develop.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

If you have not used the NEW booking system before, please click ‘NO’ to existing customer, otherwise it will not work (as you will not receive the automatic email code)

– Please note minimum and maximum numbers apply. If in the very odd occasion we do not meet the minimum number requirements we may be forced to cancel with a full refund offered.

Book 4 or more full days/mornings or afternoons and get a 5 % discount (can be used as a sibling discount but must make it as one booking otherwise it will not automatically apply) * does not include discount on late pick up cost

– To use childcare vouchers please enter ‘childcare’ into voucher code. You will then need to pay your payment through your childcare provider or contact Neil for further info

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a snack and refillable drink if staying for the morning or afternoon. If staying all day please bring a refillable drink, Lunch and a snack (if staying late we recommend an extra snack as well). We ask for NO NUTS in lunchboxes please as we aim to be a nut free holiday camp provider.

Children need to bring any necessary medical apparatus such as inhalers and epipens with them. Unfortunately we may have to refuse children if we don’t receive all the required medication and no refund will be given.

Children need to wear suitable sports clothing, loose fitted clothing and trainers is best and wear appropriate clothing to the weather conditions (including bringing a coat or a sun hat in the warmer months)

During summer months please can we ask you to put sun tan lotion on your child/ren before they arrive and bring some spare with them. We recommend all day sun cream and roll on suncream for the day as its easier for them to reapply.

COACHES

All of these sports and activities are conducted by activity leaders who have numerous coaching and leadership qualifications and relevant child protection checks.

Please note DBS checks are carried out on all individuals, who are 16 & over, who lead or volunteer at CZSPORTS.
